Tabatakick (SM)

Tabatakick is the ultimate energizing, fat burning aerobic workout. It's 20 seconds of intense moves with 10 second of recovery. It's a fun way to boost metabolism, burn calories and gain strength and confidence. All fitness levels are welcome.
